Terms of Service
The terms for using Ganella.
These terms govern your use of the Ganella app and the ganella.app website. By downloading, trying or buying Ganella, you agree to them.

Your license
A purchase gives you a lifetime, personal and non-transferable license to use Ganella on up to 2 Macs at the same time. You can move the license to another Mac by deactivating one in Settings → Account & License. There is no subscription.
Free trial
Each Mac can try every feature free for 7 days. Starting the trial needs an internet connection once. Reinstalling Ganella does not restart it. When the trial ends, a license is needed to keep using Ganella.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes are calculated by Paddle for your country.
Acceptable use
Use Ganella lawfully and within these terms. Don’t share, resell or publish license keys, and don’t try to bypass licensing, reverse engineer the app or disrupt our services. We may revoke a license that is shared, refunded, charged back or obtained by fraud.
Other apps
Ganella’s widgets work with apps such as Spotify, Music, Safari, Chrome, Calendar, Mail, Xcode, ChatGPT and Claude through macOS features you allow. Those apps and their names belong to their owners, who don’t endorse Ganella. An app update may change what a widget can show.
Updates and availability
We work to keep Ganella reliable and may release updates that add, change or remove features. Ganella is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and continuing to use Ganella means you accept it.
